To address the challenges faced by the Wine Industry, the Commission Commerciale Viticole offers its Support Platform for all questions related to marketing and regulations, both in France and internationally. The platform also features a B2B e-commerce section, providing bottle closure capsules for the French market and export.
Given the wealth of legal information on this site, the challenge is to ensure a smooth user experience that allows users to easily and confidently find the information they need. The platform aims to become a reference in the industry while revitalizing the visual codes of this traditional sector.
I supported the Commission Commerciale Viticole for several months on their entire positioning strategy: first focusing on Brand Strategy and visual identity (tone of voice, logotype, imagery...), and then on the Product Brand Experience (website and online BtoB store).
A business & user needs challenge: identifying the needs and meeting user expectations to achieve the goal of becoming a leading platform.
An operational challenge: integrating into the roadmap and collaborating effectively with the agency responsible for the technical integration.
After shaking up the traditional color ranges of this sector to bring modernity and dynamism, I was able to establish a friendly, original Branding that is quickly recognizable in the midst of a jungle of the wine sector, supported by a comprehensive visual language.
Then, in collaboration with the client, I created wireframes and developed a prototype to test with potential users. The goal was to ensure that the site met their needs, was desirable, and could be used with minimal effort and maximum satisfaction.
From these syntheses and iterations, I moved on to high-fidelity responsive mockups and designed the style guide and UI kit to ensure a smooth and clear handover to the developpers.
"Having daily access to information from the Commission Commerciale Viticole is essential for my vineyard operation.”
